Since 1954, Arkansas Central Mortuary Service, Inc has been providing funeral homes with quality services such as transport & removal, embalming, & cremations. We help in assisting with all documentation procurement, removal, transportation, embalming, as well as on-site cremation facilities. For over 65 years, we have been honored to have represented hundreds of funeral homes. We pride ourselves on treating each and every call with the upmost urgency, dignity, and respect. ACMS understands that we are representing you, the funeral home, and we strive to continue providing exceptional services for years to come. 

How Arkansas Central Mortuary Service Started

Our firm was formed by Vassar Blair in 1958 and acquired by Kenny Adams in October of 1988. In July of 1995 the firm acquired Tri-State Mortuary, the only other competing trade mortuary in Pulaski County at that time. The two operations were consolidated into Arkansas Central Mortuary Services at 1219 Bowman Road, Little Rock, Arkansas. Our mortuary operation serves funeral homes, funeral directors, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. for all of Arkansas and the surrounding states. We perform removals, embalming, and crematory services for those in need.

About Our Mortuary

Our mortuary is focused on the mortuary sciences of caring for and preparing the body for burial or cremation for funeral homes and funeral home directors. We offer offers on-site cremation, embalming, and transportation of the deceased. We look forward to helping your funeral home serve your clients by being your local agent for embalming, shipping, cremation, or transport.
